Investors can lodge complaints with the Research Analyst, who must respond within 21 days.
Complaints can also be submitted via SCORES 2.0: https://scores.sebi.gov.in
Two-level review process: RAASB and SEBI.
Email complaints can be sent to RAASB’s designated ID.
Physical complaints can be sent to SEBI, Bandra-Kurla Complex, Mumbai – 400051.
Complaints can also be resolved on SMARTODR through online conciliation/arbitration.
